You may return unused items for a refund of the merchandise cost, minus shipping charges within 30 Days of the purchase date. Once we receive your return in new, un-used condition (never been filled or used), we will issue a refund for the product price. Within 60 days of the purchase date, we will replace your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.
Please note : While we can offer an exchange or replacement for used or faulty items, we cannot accept used items due to sanitary reasons. Any items returned used (ever filled or used) cannot be accepted and will be refused and returned to the buyer.
We highly recommend obtaining tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or broken returns.
