SHIPPING + RETURNS
Rail19 shipping rates are valid for online purchases in the same domestic order. Shipping rates apply to any "ship-to" address anywhere in the United States and Canada. Please note that our shipping rates apply per address. Shipping rates are based on shipping weight and are shipped via USPS carrier.
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive in two (2) to seven (7) business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays) anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Please allow up to twenty (20) business days for shipments to Canada, Australia, and UK addresses.
Please note that most orders over $100.00 will require a signature.
ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA AND US TERRITORIES
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular Standard Shipping rates. Some heavy or over sized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. At this time, orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will ship via USPS Parcel Post.
At present, we ship only within the United States, to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Australia + the UK.

We take pride in our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most un-used items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Within 60 days of the purchase date, we will replace your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Refunds are issued within 14 days of purchase.
Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Once we receive your return in new + un-used condition, we will issue a refund for the product price minus shipping.
We highly recommend obtaining tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or broken returns. Returns without authorization may be refused. Please contact us at 888-991-7245 or by email to obtain return authorization before returning your item.
