RETURNS POLICY
When you buy something from Rail19, we hope you love it, we take pride in our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), our return process is simple;
You may return unused items for a refund of the merchandise cost, minus shipping charges within 30 Days of the purchase date. Once we receive your return in new, un-used condition (never been filled or used), we will issue a refund for the product price. Within 60 days of the purchase date, we will replace your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.
Please note : While we can offer an exchange or replacement for used or faulty items, we cannot accept used items due to sanitary reasons. Please contact customer support via email, the form below, should your product be in used or faulty condition. Any items returned used (ever filled or used) cannot be accepted and will be refused and returned to the buyer.
We highly recommend obtaining tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or broken returns.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES | UNCLAIMED
Orders returned due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed or refused packages, may be subject to pay shipping costs associated with shipping your order and will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used during checkout.
INACCURATE or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
